Business WhatsApp और Normal WhatsApp का पूरा सच – पैसे कटते हैं या नहीं? जानिए आसान हिंदी में!

अगर मैं normal WhatsApp use करता हूँ, तो क्या वो free है या उसमें भी limit होती है?

सबसे पहले समझिए – WhatsApp के दो Versions होते हैं:

1. Normal WhatsApp (Personal WhatsApp)

2. Business WhatsApp (Official WhatsApp Business App)

✅ 1. Normal WhatsApp क्या करता है?

Normal WhatsApp बिल्कुल Free है।
इसमें आप broadcast message भेज सकते हैं, लेकिन उसकी limit होती है – 256 contacts तक।

मतलब अगर आपने एक Broadcast List बनाई है, तो उसमें अधिकतम 256 नंबर तक ही add कर सकते हैं।
और message सिर्फ उन्हीं लोगों को जाएगा जिन्होंने आपका नंबर सेव किया हुआ है।

Example:
अगर आपने “Good Morning” या “Diwali Greetings” भेजे हैं, तो वो सिर्फ उन्हीं लोगों तक जाएगा जिन्होंने आपका नंबर अपने फोन में सेव किया है।

Normal WhatsApp में broadcast messages भेजना पूरी तरह free है।
उसमें कोई monthly charge या hidden payment नहीं होती।

✅ 2. Business WhatsApp क्या होता है?

अब बात करते हैं Business WhatsApp की —
ये ऐप खास तौर पर business owners, shopkeepers, digital coaches, and professionals के लिए बनाई गई है।

इसमें कुछ extra features दिए गए हैं जैसे:

• Business Profile (Address, Email, Website आदि दिखा सकते हैं)

• Catalog (Products या Services की list दिखा सकते हैं)

• Quick Replies (बार-बार लिखने की ज़रूरत नहीं)

• Labels (Leads या Customers को categorize कर सकते हैं)

• Automated Messages (Welcome या Away messages भेज सकते हैं)

अब ध्यान दीजिए

⚠️ Business WhatsApp के दो Levels होते हैं:

1. Free Version

2. Paid API Version (WhatsApp Business API)

Free Business WhatsApp:

अगर आप सिर्फ Business WhatsApp App इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं (जो Play Store पर मिलती है),
तो आपको कोई पैसे नहीं देने होते।

लेकिन अगर आप सिर्फ उसी में broadcast या message भेजते हैं तो —
कुछ समय पहले Meta (जो WhatsApp की Parent Company है) ने कुछ usage limits लागू की हैं।

इसका मतलब:

अगर आप बहुत ज़्यादा लोगों को broadcast या automated messages भेजते हैं,
तो system आपको एक alert भेजता है –
“You have reached the Broadcast Limit this Month.”

यह message ये बताता है कि आपने इस महीने के लिए free limit पूरी कर ली है।
अगर आप और message भेजना चाहते हैं, तो आपको paid plan या API version की जरूरत होगी।

WhatsApp Business API क्या है?

ये एक advanced paid service है जो बड़ी companies, coaching institutes, ecommerce stores, और startups के लिए होती है।

इसमें:

• आप हजारों लोगों को एक साथ broadcast भेज सकते हैं

• Automated campaigns चला सकते हैं

• Chatbots connect कर सकते हैं

• CRM integrate कर सकते हैं (जैसे Zoko, WATI, Interakt, etc.)

Payment कैसे होता है? आपको per conversation charge देना होता है (₹0.30 से ₹1.50 per chat, देश और category के हिसाब से)।
इसका मतलब monthly कोई fix charge नहीं है,
बल्कि जितना आप message भेजेंगे, उतना ही payment लगेगा।

ये message दिखता है जब आप Business WhatsApp में बहुत ज़्यादा लोगों को message भेज चुके हैं,
और आपने उस महीने की free quota limit पूरी कर ली है।

WhatsApp अब users को encourage करता है कि वो paid API model में जाएं
ताकि business users को automated और large-scale communication की सुविधा मिल सके।

अगर आप सिर्फ limited customers या students से जुड़ते हैं तो Free Business WhatsApp काफी है।
लेकिन अगर आप coaching, ecommerce, या बड़ी audience manage करते हैं —
तो Paid WhatsApp API आपको ज़्यादा फायदा देगा क्योंकि उसमें automation और large-scale reach मिलती है।

तो घबराने की जरूरत नहीं।
